What PPC management should do

Pay-per-click advertising puts your business in front of people who are searching or scrolling right now, and you pay only when they click. Managed well, it is the fastest way to turn ad spend into calls and booked jobs. Managed badly, it pays for curious clicks that never call.

Most of the accounts we audit have the same problems: broad keywords, one landing page for every ad, and conversion tracking that counts page views or duplicate form fills as leads. Fixing those three usually matters more than any new campaign type.

  • Search intent first

Budget goes to searches from people ready to buy or book, not people reading about the topic.

  • One budget across platforms

Google, Microsoft and Meta are planned together, so spend moves to whichever brings leads at the lowest cost.

  • Tracking you can trust

Calls, forms and bookings are counted once and in the same way on every platform.

  • Results you can check

Our case studies show the account figures, the dates and the screenshots, shared with each client's permission.

The monthly report shows what each lead cost on each platform, so decisions about budget are made on numbers, not on clicks.

Our PPC management services

One team plans, builds and runs every paid channel your business needs.

  1. Google Ads management

Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns built around the searches your customers make. We write the ads, set the bids and budgets by location, and remove wasted search terms every week.

  2. Microsoft Ads

Bing reaches people Google does not, many of them on work computers, and fewer advertisers compete there. For B2B companies, Microsoft Ads can also target by LinkedIn profile details such as job title and industry.

  3. Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for lead generation, ecommerce and remarketing. Creative is tested in small batches and budget follows the ads that bring leads, not only likes.

  4. Remarketing

Ads that follow up with people who visited your site but did not call or buy, across Google and Meta. Lists are segmented by the page they saw, so a returning visitor sees the offer that matches their interest.

  5. Landing pages and conversion tracking

Each group of searches gets a page that answers it, with the form or booking on the page. Calls, forms and purchases are tracked through Google Tag Manager and imported to each platform, so bidding learns from real leads.

  6. Free account audit

Before any work starts, we review your accounts and send a written plan: wasted spend, missing tracking, campaign structure and a budget by platform. You keep the plan whether or not you hire us.

Not sure which of these you need first?

The free audit shows where you stand and what to fix first. You keep the written plan either way.

Who we run PPC for

We work with US businesses that need leads, calls or online sales at a cost they can measure.

  • Healthcare clinics, medical groups and dental practices
  • Home service and trade businesses
  • Professional services, legal and B2B companies
  • Ecommerce brands
  • Multi-location businesses and franchises

The most common mistake we see is a single campaign for every service and city. Splitting campaigns by service and location is what lets budget go where leads cost least.

What the first 90 days look like

This is the order we work in for a new PPC client.

We review every paid account, the tracking and the landing pages, and send a written plan.

We agree goals, the budget by platform and location, and how a lead is counted.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Build or restructure

Campaigns are rebuilt by service and location, ads are written and tracking is tested end to end.

  4. Weeks 4 to 6

    Launch and daily checks

Campaigns go live with daily checks on spend, search terms and lead quality.

  5. Months 2 to 3

    Weekly optimization

Bids, budgets and ads are tuned every week, and spend moves to the platforms with the lowest cost per lead.

  6. Every month

    Report and review

One report shows spend, leads and cost per lead for each platform, with what we will change next.

About GrowLimo

Questions about PPC management

What does a PPC management service include?

Account audit, campaign build or restructure, keyword and audience research, ad copy, landing page advice, conversion tracking for calls and forms, weekly optimization and a monthly report. We manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta, and plan them as one budget.

How much does PPC management cost?

Our PPC management starts from $597 a month. The fee is separate from your ad spend, which you pay directly to Google, Microsoft or Meta. The exact fee depends on the platforms and locations involved, and we confirm it in writing after the free audit.

How much should we spend on ads?

It depends on your industry, your cities and what a customer is worth to you. After the audit we recommend a monthly budget for each platform, explain what it should produce and start with the searches most likely to turn into leads.

How long until PPC brings leads?

Search ads can bring inquiries in the first week. The following weeks go into removing wasted search terms and tuning bids. Allow about 90 days for the whole plan to settle, with every platform live and budget moved to the channels with the lowest cost per lead.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. PPC management is month to month with 30 days' notice. Most clients stay because the reporting shows what each lead cost, not because of a contract.

Will we own the ad accounts?

Yes. Your Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta accounts are set up in your name or stay in your name, and we work in them as an authorized user. If you stop working with us, you keep the accounts, the history and the data.

Do you have an office in my state?

No. We are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and manage accounts for clients across the United States remotely, with video calls and a shared monthly report. Each market still gets its own campaigns, locations and budget.

Do you manage PPC for healthcare and dental practices?

Yes, it is one of our main specialties. Tracking and forms are set up with HIPAA in mind, so we measure calls and appointment requests without sending patient health details to ad platforms, and ads are written to fit Google's and Meta's healthcare policies.

Should we use an agency, a freelancer or do PPC in-house?

A freelancer can suit one small Google Ads account. An in-house hire makes sense at a large, steady spend. An agency fits when you run several platforms or locations and want strategy, building and reporting from one team without hiring for each skill.
